Switch from Flowbird to RingGo
You may have heard the news: EasyPark Group (now Arrive) and Flowbird have united to strengthen our partnership with cities and provide you with a better service. To achieve this, we need to consolidate our services, such as the Flowbird and RingGo apps, which are available in the UK.
From 01 April 2026, the Flowbird app will no longer function in the UK. This means that the Flowbird app is now disabled for parking in the UK. The RingGo app does not yet cover every location previously available on the Flowbird app, although we are working to expand coverage.
Still need something from your Flowbird account?
If you were a Flowbird customer, you can still log in to the app and the Flowbird web portal to see and download your payment history.
You can download your history in three easy steps :
Log in to your Flowbird app or the Flowbird web portal using your registered email address or phone number and password.
Click on the “My tickets” tab at the bottom menu. You can find your past parking sessions under “History”.
Click on the download icon in the top left corner to download all your past sessions
To park, we invite you to use the RingGo app, where you can expect a larger national coverage, as well as pay for EV charging where available.
If you’re not a previous Flowbird or RingGo customer, we invite you to download the RingGo app to easily manage your parking and charging in the UK.
