What are the main features of the online portal?

In the RingGo Corporate online portal you will find:
Payment history – See all your past and upcoming payments and invoices 
Parking history – View all the transactions generated by your employees. Filter by date, vehicle, payment group or area code
Payment groups – Define who will be grouped on an invoice. It can be a department, office, team, specific project or client
Users – Add, remove and manage the employees that have access to your account 
Restrictions – Control which vehicles can be used to park with your Corporate account and set specific times employees are allowed to park using the account
Account details – Keep the information about your company and main contact person up to date. This can only be edited by the main account admin

I have lost my password. How do I get a new one?

You can request a new password on the website. When trying to log in, click the ‘Can’t log in?’ link underneath the password field and you will receive an email or SMS to regain access to your account.

Where can I find invoices and payment history?

Accepted Answer

Invoices, parking and payment history are easy to find. Log in to your portal, and they are at the top of the side menu. You will see a list of invoices and their status. You can filter or export this list to make expense management easier.

Is there a separate RingGo Corporate app?

Accepted Answer

No, the great news is you can use the RingGo app for your personal parking sessions and your business parking sessions. You will be asked when booking your parking session whether you want to pay using Corporate. This means you only need one account and one app.

How do I switch from my personal to my Corporate account on the app?

Accepted Answer

Select your parking location, and before you start a parking session, you can tap to change from personal to Corporate. Please note, if time or vehicle restrictions have been set by your admin, you will be prompted to use your personal account instead.

How do I use the RingGo app when I park for business?

Accepted Answer

When parking for business, the RingGo app works the same as when parking with a personal account. The difference is that all transactions done in the ‘Corporate’ profile will be charged to the company, and not the employee. If an employee has both a Corporate and personal account, they will need to select which account they wish to use before they start to park. RingGo Corporate is a web-based service aimed at individuals or multiple users who drive and park regularly for business. An account can be anyone: an individual, organisation, charity or family.

Can I change the package if my parking needs change?

Yes, you can change your package and update your account in the RingGo Corporate online portal. Please note that changes will be reflected in the next invoicing period. Alternatively, if you need support to update your account, you can

Do I have to sign a long-term contract with RingGo Corporate?

Accepted Answer

RingGo Corporate is a monthly subscription-based service and there are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month by month for as long as you want to use the service.
If you cancel your Corporate account, you will be billed for the current month. The balance of your funds will be returned to you in the same manner they were added, and your account will be closed.

How do I sign up for RingGo Corporate?

We ask only for the essential information needed to safely open a business account. This means:
Company name - this will be the name of the account. 
Company registration number
Company address (street, postal code, city) - this will appear in the invoice. 
Phone number - to identify your account. 
Email address - to which you would receive the invoice and important information. 
Name of the main account contact - Often, this is the administrator of the account. 
You can then choose a method of payment, and confirm your subscription. You are now ready to go!

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, click on the pink icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to access live chat for support, with the option to speak to a live agent. You’ll be billed for the current month, the balance of your funds will be returned to you in the same manner they were added, and your account will be closed.

What types of payment are accepted for Corporate accounts?

Accepted Answer

RingGo Corporate is a wallet service and accepts BACS and credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and AMEX).
When transferring monies via BACS, you should allow 3-4 working days for the funds to be credited to your Corporate account.
You can choose your preferred payment method when you subscribe and change this at any time via the RingGo Corporate online portal.

When do I receive the monthly invoice?

You will typically receive it at the start of each calendar month. Please note that we work with multiple invoicing partners, so there may be slight delays in the delivery of your invoice.
