How does RingGo Corporate Work?
Parking for work needn’t be a hassle – RingGo Corporate makes business parking easy! Here you can check out some of the frequently asked questions about the RingGo Coporate service.
Do I have to pre-register?
If you’ve used RingGo before as a personal user you can login with your existing account which will now be linked to your Corporate account. If you haven’t used RingGo before and want to use the RingGo app you will need to register your details online or via the app. If you have forgotten your login details please ask your administrator.
How do I pay for parking?
Once you’re registered, you can pay for parking with RingGo Corporate by using our RingGo app, calling 0203 046 0060, using our text-to-park service or booking online at www.myringgo.co.uk. You’ll be asked for:
- the vehicle details
- the location code (a four or five digit number shown on the parking machine)
- how long you want to park
So long as you are using the nominated vehicle and/or phone as recorded within your RingGo Corporate account, RingGo will recognise you and offer the option of paying with Corporate. If you are unsure of the vehicle/phone details please check with your RingGo Corporate Administrator.
Can I extend my parking?
Yes! Simply use the app, text, go online or call us again. Our service will ask how much extra time you want.
Is a ticket required? How do officers check that I'm parked correctly?
No ticket is needed. The Parking Office looks up your number plate on a handheld device. This checks the RingGo system to make sure that you have paid.
What smartphone apps are available?
There’s an app for iPhone, iPads, Android and Windows phones. Other smart phones can use our mobile website to process their parking sessions. Download RingGo via your phone or in the relevant app store. You can log your vehicle details and pay to park with the app in just a couple of clicks.
Can I text to park?
Once you have logged your vehicle details you can use a text message to pay. See www.myringgo.co.uk/txt for details
