RingGo extends collaboration with City of London Corporation

RingGo, the UK’s leading cashless parking provider, has agreed an extension to remain in the City of London for the next five years. Continuing the successful working relationship dating back to 2017, this extended relationship highlights the intent of both RingGo and the City of London Corporation to bring innovative parking solutions and provide a seamless parking experience to motorists.

To pay for parking in the City of London, motorists must simply download the RingGo app onto their smartphone for the quickest, easiest, and most environmentally friendly way to park. Once downloaded, customers simply register their details to create an account to access RingGo services.

Both RingGo and the City of London Corporation will continue to bring innovative technology and solutions to market over the course of the new contract, to the benefit of both motorists and the council.

This continued partnership consolidates RingGo’s commitment to tackling pollution across the Square Mile. Initiatives like Emissions Based Parking effectively reduce the number of polluting vehicles on the roads, improving air quality throughout the area and helping to make London a greener and more liveable city.

Peter O’Driscoll, Managing Director, RingGo said: “We are thrilled to remain the incumbent parking provider for the City of London. This doesn’t mean we’ll rest on our laurels when delivering quality parking services. We remain committed and excited at the prospect of developing ground-breaking parking solutions that continue to bring efficient service to our customers, whilst also contributing towards a greener environment.”
