On the 16th July there was a temporary issue with a third party service provider used by RingGo which may have resulted in you being overcharged for your parking purchase. As this failure was triggered by our third party we have worked closely with them to identify the customers impacted in order to get the money back to you.
We’ve already started refunding customers who have been overcharged and if you haven’t already received your money you will do in the next 10 working days.
You do not need to do anything, but in the unlikely event that you don’t receive your refund in the next 10 working days please get in touch with our customer service team on email@example.com
