How it works
Start transaction
Create an account with RingGo, all fields must be entered including payment details to complete your registration. When arriving at the car park, enter the location zone and press “Open Entry” in RingGo to open the barrier.
After parking
Some car parks have a dedicated pedestrian door, so to exit and enter on foot tap the button “Open Pedestrian Door” in the app.
Stop transaction
When you leave with your car, tap “Open Exit” to open the barrier and stop your transaction.
Payment
If you reserve and pay for your full session in advance on our website, you will not be charged anything at the time of parking, unless you stay over your exit time.
