Important Service Update

Please note we are upgrading our service over the weekend of 13-14 February 2021 and some older versions of the RingGo app will no longer operate after this date. From our records, we believe the version of RingGo you have installed on your phone is one of these.

To continue using RingGo you will need to update the RingGo app on your device.  You can do this either through your phone or via the relevant Appstore.

In some rare cases, older phones, particularly those with older operating systems, may not be able to install the most up-to-date version of our app, and may not be able to access our updated mobile website.

If you are one of the affected customers on an older Operating System, you can still pay for your parking using the RingGo website or pay via the automated phone line by calling either 020 3046 0010 or the number shown on the parking signs and stickers.

The latest version of the RingGo app is available on the Appstore and you’ll be able to update to this if your iOS device is running Operating System 12.0 or later.  For Android devices, the equivalent Operating System is 4.4 or later.

If you choose to upgrade your phone in the future, you will be able to use our app services once again.

*If you have updated your RingGo app recently, please ignore this message.

Why are we doing this?

The team here at RingGo take your security very seriously.  Unfortunately, as mobile phones and their operating systems get older they can become more vulnerable, or are unable to function with the latest security features.

We operate our service with the highest levels of protection and recent changes to comply with the latest security standards mean that our updated app and website will no longer work on some old devices.

We apologise for any disruption to your RingGo smart parking experience.
