RingGo Scan & Pay
RingGo is now offered at Touchwood Solihull, allowing you to avoid the queues at the ticket machine and pay on exit using the RingGo app.
Whether you’re treating yourself on pay day, shopping for a special occasion, catching the latest blockbuster movie or having dinner with friends, there are no barriers with RingGo!
RingGo Scan & Pay works using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras by capturing an image of your vehicle as you arrive and leave the car park. The cameras will scan your number plate on entry to the car park and again to check you have paid when leaving.
When you’re ready to leave, open the RingGo app and enter location code 33210 for Touchwood Solihull.
Simply confirm the vehicle you’re parking, make payment and you’re all done! Your entry and exit times are captured automatically, and you don’t even have to worry about inserting your ticket to leave as the barrier will lift automatically.
If RingGo is unable to find your vehicle after selection, don’t worry, you can still scan the barcode from your ticket in the app, and pay.
Should you have difficulty exiting the car park for any reason, please follow the instructions on the payment machines or exit barrier for help.
