From 8th June 2020, phone parking in Ashford Borough Council areas is changing to RingGo.

If you currently use Parkmobile and aren’t registered with RingGo, then you will need to provide your details to register for the new service.

You can do this either by downloading the free RingGo app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Or, by clicking “REGISTER NOW” at the top right-hand corner of this page. You can register with us at any time in the run up to the transfer.

Alternatively, you can wait until the new service is live and call 01233 380 090 at the time you wish to park.

The change is being introduced to provide a better service to motorists. In Kent alone, you can use RingGo to park in Gravesham, Medway, Swale, Dartford, Folkestone and Hythe, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Thanet, Maidstone and Dover, in addition to parking in Ashford.
